I have opened a detailed SO question with all the details.
here is a link to the question.

In essence:
CSS Analyzer pane does not reflect the CSS properties of components that were given by a sheet or overridden by the inspector.

I have opend such an issue a times ago e.g. #633
But I think, @gluonhq team, noir community dev support is not much responsice now!

Actually SceneBuilder > 8.5 is not much usable in practical way, You will find many missing features / bugs here and there.
