You can respond to them through iTunes Connect Dashboard: App Name –> Activity –> Ratings and Reviews

It would be worth responding to any that have been solved, and any that result in new issues being created.

I think it is worth replying to reviews in the App Store? A lot of the low-scoring reviews are for features requests that are now present, or issues that are now fixed.
