[Bug] Electron app is sometimes minimised when I move to it's workspace

Describe the bug

I have a workspace with Slack as well as a couple of other applications. Sometimes when I move to that workspace Slack is minimised, but visible in the taskbar so I can restore it. I haven't been able to figure out if anything specific triggers this behaviour but it happens many times per day. This has affected at least versions since 3.1, I haven't tested earlier versions.

I've noticed the same thing a couple of times with VSCode - perhaps this is an issue with electron apps?

And Obsidian is doing the same thing - another electron app!
