i'm using CocCoc browser, which is made by Vietnamese

it has PiP but the PiP window is tilted

Is there any solution to keep the PiP window floating?

You should be able to write a custom "set-floating" rule with the window's class. You can find this using Auto Hotkey's Window Spy. Pretty sure it comes with ahk when you install it.
