Summary of the issue and expected results.

The file auxdata/MCP/MCP-DZP seems to have some errors (missing lines), or wrong numbers, when compared to other files of the same family

The mcp section for Rb, Sr start with 6 3 13 2 10 1 4. If I understand the format correctly, the blocks corresponding to 1 4 (1 number, 4 numbers, 4*1 numbers) are missing.
Similarly for Cs, Ba and their 2 7 block (2 numbers, 7 numbers, 7*2 numbers).
Description of the run environment:
No run needed.
