Use the default tailwind modals AND DO NOT INVENT NEW MODALS.

Just insert the forms in the existing modals

@shahmayur001 Modals do not scroll if the content is longer than the screen.

@shahmayur001 can you align the "Leave us a review..." on the left for desktop as well and change it to "Leave a Review".
