General

  • My feature does not exist in the latest version of Nexterm.
  • I have checked that my feature has not been suggested by anyone else.

Your Idea

Enable the user to change key functions within an .xml within the app folder structure.
I did see a suggestion for having shortcuts mappable within the GUI.
But my suggestion is to let the user disable certain buttons or change them entirely.

In my example, I have the issue where I'm running tmux and trying to navigate my different tmux windows with “ALT-Arrows”
With the ability to remove certain binds for the app, I should be able to use my key bind.

I think currently, the “Alt” key is some kind of “mark text”.
Which in my use case is abs unnecessary, but for someone else it might be useful.
