[Bug] MySpeed sends a ping to HealthChecks every minute

The Bug

My Health Checks monitor is getting flooded with MySpeed pings containing no content:

My frequency is set to an hour; in the above log, the 'Started' entry is the only actual test performed.

Can I turn this off?
