Add an FAQs page to Olympia

As a user, I want to see an FAQs section on Olympia.gnosis.pm, so that I can refer to it whenever I have questions about the tournament.

Acceptance criteria:

• Add an FAQs section next to the Game Guide
• Add an FAQs section to the Olympia landing page that can be accessed when there is no live tournament
• Make the question titles clickable and expandable to view their answers, as implemented in https://rinkeby.slow.trade/#/content/FAQ
