I have the same question. I'm using carla simulator and I recently upgraded to win11 in order to use WSLg. When launching the simulator I get the next error:

WARNING: lavapipe is not a conformant vulkan implementation, testing use only.
vulkan: No DRI3 support detected - required for presentation
Note: you can probably enable DRI3 in your Xorg config

Maybe this can solve the issue?
