Detailed Description

It looks like lego doesn't have a way to register without providing an email.

Let's Encrypt doesn't require one; I don't know about other CAs.

This leads to people providing bogus values. It would be better (for us, as the CA) if there was an option to not provide an email. Ideally it should be an explicit flag (instead of just omitting --email) so that people realize they're not providing an email address.

I may be able to open a pull request soon, but thought I'd start with an issue to get any feedback before I started.
