The dash char - can not be displayed correctly in Wiki title.

The title I inputed was 2022-01-17 test, but on the page, it only shows:

I guess this mechanism was used for spaces between words, like "this is a title" <=> "this-is-a-title", but it is a dirty hack and doesn't work for the cases where a dash is required.
