Add new user wizard that pops up to guide users to avoid confusion and reduce support needs. If...they read it.

Wizard questions

do you know how to use dalamud? if so, you can skip thus
do you consent to holiday-related changes in behavior?
preferred font scale
and any other settings people tend to change, maybe theme and font?
