About Usage Question

Now, Crane issues included bug, feature, and usage questions.

I have to say usage questions are different with bugs or features.

The usage question focuses on how to do it. Like:

• How crane works?
• How to predict custom metrics?
• What's a different crane and Kubecost?
• I try some configurations but not work. (That may be caused by user env.)
• Discussing some abilities used in some scenes.
• The user is not familiar with docs and asks for some options in some scenes.
• ...

The GitHub issue is not good at usage questions. But the Github Discussions work well for it.

You can easy to find the same or similar scenes in the Github Discussions.
