Dataset - Directories Structure

Could you kindly provide me with details about the organization of your data? Specifically, I am interested in the hierarchical structure or the tree map of the directories where your dataset is stored. I would like to train it in my data.

Apart from dataset setup issues, could you create TransMRSR model? I try to train the minet by this project, I do encounter data sets setting up problem, I don't know what they did to the original data set 'IXI-T1.tar'. But when I try to train TransMRSR model, it cannot be created. The problem I encounter are as follow. ('TransMRSR-main\componets\fastsurfer' May related to this problem, the function might be not be imported properly, I think)
TransMRSR-main\models\Transmrsr.py", line 25, in <module> "FastSurferCNN": FastSurferCNN, NameError: name 'FastSurferCNN' is not defined
