Rendering issue on ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4500 #17735

OS/device including version: Windows 10 64 bit

Issue description:
This error on debugger just happen on the first run.

Driver version? (not sure if supports GLES3)

Does not support GLES3 well, use GLES2 instead. GLES3 will be removed in 3.2 in favor of Vulkan, which does not support this GPU.
