Godot version

4.0 alpha 8, win64

System information

Windows 10, GTX 960M

Issue description

Setting "Background Mode" to "Canvas" in WorldEnvironment causes editor menus not rendering properly, i.e. gray boxes without content.

This issue does not happen with the same settings on a Camera3D node.

Steps to reproduce

Add Node3 and WorldEnvironment
New Environment
Set Background Mode to Canvas

Minimal reproduction project
