Issue description
Changing WorldEnvironment background to Canvas causes all pop-up menus and dialogs to no longer render. This bug does not happen in 3.5. It happens with both Vulkan Clustered and Vulkan Mobile. It happens with "Single Window Mode" enabled or disabled.

Issue description
Changing WorldEnvironment background to Canvas causes all pop-up menus and dialogs to no longer render. This bug does not happen in 3.5. It happens with both Vulkan Clustered and Vulkan Mobile. It happens with "Single Window Mode" enabled or disabled.
This bug is in addition to the existing open bug regarding glitches in the 3D viewport that affects both 3.5 and 4.0.
