Issue description

Steps to reproduce

Overlap two Decal nodes on some geometry, enable WE Glow, and orbit the Camera around (for example by holding the middle mouse button in the Editor viewport).

Related to #15756 and #57693.

This particular case is different, as it appears to be due to a NAN pixel, which glows very bright.
