Create TMA map of cores #19

Input:

  • Coreograph map or Quantification table

Steps:

  • Use the coreograph map or spatial coordinates of cores to map core ID to position name

Outputs:

  • Table (csv,tsv) that maps core ID to new name based on position

Example:

1,A1
2,A2
3,A3

Potential extension of this issue:

  • Convert TMA Map from .tiff to .png so it can be viewed natively in the Galaxy dataset display without having to download the image. Could have a simple Python script to convert automatically after running coreograph command
