Workflows currently highly dependent on CSV, but tabular more supported in Galaxy.

Potential action items:

  • Update tools so that CSV files are tabular
  • For process_intensities.xml, changes column selection to data_column rather than text data type if we make the switch to all tabular

@CameronFRWatson maybe you can also open a similar issue on the main Galaxy repo. So they can implement support for the column-type param.
