Not sure what the question is, but this is just to document a long term vision to work with the IGV team to allow the use of GGD to dynamically load tracks from GGD recipes.

Ah, so igv.js or IGV-desktop will be able to parse your recipes somehow? Or will it dynamically run the recipe somewhere and pull it remotely and/or locally?

I was scanning the current status of this project and this particular one piked my interest since we have been developing some extensions for IGV desktop recently.
