官网增加英文文档

目前只有中文文档，限制了开源社区的开放性。可以通过ai工具来自动生成对应的英文文档，目前脚本已经编写好，通过chatgpt自动翻译：https://github.com/gogf/gf-site/blob/main/.scripts/ai-trans/main.go

等待等后面中文文档相对完善了，特别是v2.8文档完善了再搞这个。这个issue先挂在我的头上。
