Asset Pipeline needs updated on Directory Structure page

Hugo version (0.43)[https://gohugo.io/news/0.43-relnotes/] added an asset pipeline through the well documented Hugo Pipes

The Directory Structure page currently doesn't mention the Assets directory and even says that it doesn't ship with an asset pipeline:

Hugo does not currently ship with an asset pipeline (#3207). You can solicit support from the community in the Hugo forums or check out a few of the Hugo starter kits for examples of how Hugo developers are managing static assets

I believe that both of these should be updated. Hopefully, someone who understands Hugo Pipes thoroughly can update. If not, I'll try learning more on Hugo Pipes and take a swing at a PR.

Sorry, this belongs under the hugoDocs repo. I just clicked the link at the bottom of the Hugo documentation and didn't realize it swapped repos.
