Not sure this is a right place to report a problem with the golang.org website.

What did you expect to see?

Two links under https://golang.org/doc/go1.11#modules
point to https://golang.org/cmd/go/#hdr-Modules__module_versions__and_more
however there is no such anchor in that document.

What did you see instead?

Browser shows the top of the document rather the starting point for modules. There are plenty sections which mention modules, so it's not obvious where to start best.

Thanks for your report. This looks like a duplicate of #27209 (for which #27205 is the root cause).
