Determine what models of TLS termination are required for Identity Aware Proxy to be enabled for a domain. Depending on what is discovered, create follow-up issues laying out the path forward the project to enable IAP.

This is a component of the project to revamp the security model used by gomote #47521

This investigation has been completed. We've determined we do not need a new DNS. We may possibly move over the SSH server to a different DNS name. It's not a requirement at this point in time.
