x/vuln: Cannot install govulncheck anymore since yesterday

What did you do?

go install golang.org/x/vuln/cmd/govulncheck@latest

What did you expect to see?

Succesfull install (it worked before yesterday)

What did you see instead?

After a while it times out with this error:

go: golang.org/x/vuln/cmd/govulncheck@latest: no matching versions for query "latest"

I also tried the other 2 version on this page: https://pkg.go.dev/golang.org/x/vuln/cmd/govulncheck?tab=versions
