[Question] riverbed_elections.ipynb issues

Hi,
I'm not sure if this issue has been brought up before. I've been running the riverbed_elections.ipynb example and it the the run doesn't execute to completion. It usually gets stuck in the direct_effect_externality where it prints "The event had a direct effect on one of the players, resolving." and stops running (more like the execution freezes, the kernel continues to run). No calls are made to the LLM as well (I added logging the language model .py to create a prompt_and_outputs json).
Would be grateful for any help, thanks.
