As you may already know, if you'd like to do image-input training and evaluation in simulation, then you should be able to do that following instructions here.
To do the same in the real world, in principle you just want to generally set up something comparable to what is provided here in simulation. I'd recommend some type of ROS-based system, or similar, for handling image/robot drivers, inter-process comms, logging, and visualization. You'll also need some expert demos, so you'll want a good system for providing interesting demonstrations. We won't be open-sourcing the setup we used, since not all parts are open-sourceable.
