relax cryptography dependency version

Currently cryptography is bind to version 39. Any change to relax it or update it to newer version ?

Yes, that makes sense. I'm not sure why we've left it at == instead of >= before. I've pushed PR #613 to change that, so that you can use anything >= 39.
