Running ci_edit under Python 2

In the future ci_edit will be dropping support for Python 2.

I/we are not able to 'see' how many users are currently using Python 2. This is
for your safety/privacy. The ci_edit program is not permitted to send
information about you back to us. So for us to know if you need Python 2 support
we need you to tell us. If you need Python 2 support please report (make a
comment) on this issue.

You can say as little as "I need to run ci_edit under Python 2", but if you can provide more details that will be helpful. It takes effort to support Python 2, so it will help to discuss the issues and see if there are workarounds.

It's been more than a year. Not one request has been made for Python2 support.

I've added a tag "last_python_2", which as you might guess, tags the last point where I expect the editor to operate on Python 2.

The removal of Python 2 support can begin.
