Option for showing right sidebar on small devices (like phones)

Hi All,

When the standard docsy template is shown on a small screen like an iPhone the right sidebar would disappear and won't be accessible to the user.

I am currently wrapping my head around that fact and I am interested in your input. Thoughts:

• Right sidebar moves to the top of the content column
• Right sidebar is collapsible (while sitting on the top of the content column (a button appears for that purpose)
• Right sidebar moves to the bottom of the content column
• Right sidebar turns into an off-canvas column adding a small icon to the right side of the screen (or multiple for opening particular sections of the right column)

Bootstrap provides a framework for implementing that:

I think it is something that could be made configurable.
