Formatting does nothing on IntelliJ IDEA 2022.2 EAP #795

This is with build number 222.2964.55 of the IDE.

google java format enabled for the project; reformatting does not change anything, claiming "No lines changed: content is already properly formatted" even when it clearly isn't.

Are you maybe using some Java features that aren't supported by the JDK that runs IntelliJ IDEA? See #533

Nope, I'm using the 17.0.3+7 JBR for Java 17 projects, and it doesn't even work on a new project with a hello world class.
