Issues with accessing N5 and precomputed datasets via neuroglancer-demo.appspot.com/

I am having issues with accessing a neuroglancer-precomputed dataset:

and an n5 dataset:

The issue occurred when I tried to open datasets with neuroglancer-demo. If I start neuroglancer server (version v2.40.1) locally, both datasets open without errors.

Is it something to be expected?

This is probably a bug introduced by a recent change, I'll look into it right away.
