Based on a discussion in #995 , there are often Bluetooth routing issues.
We should add an automated test that tries to open/close a BT device repeatedly and checks for mis-routing.

We do have a new ROUTING STRESS test that repeatedly switches routing to speaker/BT.
It is designed to catch crashes. It does not check for mis-routing.
We could maybe do that by testing for presence/absence of sound from the speaker.
