Hi, I submitted an update for my game and 2 weeks after I receive a message that the update is rejected, the reason is that the test device got the following error while downloading the on demand asset packs: Failed to retrieve asset pack: Asset Pack Download Error(-13): The app is not owned by any user on this device. An app is "owned" if it has been acquired from Play.
I tested the game multiple times an tested it in an alpha track and the asset pack download works well.
The game is released since a while now, had lot of updates and never had this kind of problem.
The current update contains a important fix on payment processes and now I'm stick with a bugged version without being able to update it...
Please help.

Seems the same as: #190 I will try the solution to publish the version as Closed Testing (I don't want my game to be available on public beta before production release) before to push it to production.
Anyway Google team, it would be great to have a little support on this issue ;)
