I don't have the plugin currently installed.

I'm unable to install this using the update site listed in the README. Please check the screen shot. My eclipse version info:
Version: Neon.2 Release (4.6.2)
Build id: 20161208-0600

However, I'm able to install this using Eclipse Marketplace.

You have to uncheck Group items by category.
