Fork it. This is likely a 20% project at Google that has become abandonware. Fork it on GitHub, find / fix the bug. Maybe add it to CI so that there are automatic releases. Re-register the prokect with the Eclipse Marketplace

Has any kind soul moved forward with this? I miss me some protobuf-dt but haven't had the cycles to jump into (new-to-me) debugging of an Eclipse plugin...
