AdWordsNormalizer doesn't normalize an object of FeedItemAdGroupTargeting properly as it inadvertently changes the normalized name of $TargetingAdGroupId to targetingAdGroupId (lower-cased).

The correct normalized name should still preserve the capital letter (i.e. TargetingAdGroupId).
This bug is to track this issue and will be closed once we release a fix for it.

This is fixed in v30.0.0.
