Shorten link not working

Describe the bug
The option to shorten a link is not working anymore. The 'shorten' button provides no output. There is no ad blocker or pop-up blocker in place.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Fill out the form
3. Scroll down to 'Share the Generated Campaign URL'
   4.Click 'Shorten Link' and see nothing happening

Expected behavior
I expect a shortened Bitly link to appear
