[Request] onLoaded event

It would nice to have an event to check when a resource has been loaded. This could be helpful for different scenarios. In my case, im creating a virtual tour where I need to add programmatically hotspots every time the panorama changes.

Have you checked my PR (#128)? Maybe that can help you. I implemented an loadedmetadata event. You can check the additional code on the examples/video.html that I made on that PR
