Summary
This PR adds the link to lighthouse-plugin-field-performance.
It also defines a new category in README, since I'm not sure where to add it, and according to the npm search this is the first Lighthouse plugin (pub-ads-lighthouse-plugin is not published yet).
I hope that in the future, this category will contain more plugins, and possibly stack-packs.
