如果在一般的姿势（“dropdown 套 tooltip”）下实现上述逻辑比较麻烦的话，可以考虑这种 case 下把两个组件合为一个组件，即，约定为特别的使用姿势

已知的涉及到这个交互的地方：

如上述，backdrop、costume 添加按钮
CodeEditor 中对应多个使用姿势（usage）的 tool
