GoPro 13 start stream (http://10.5.5.9:8080/gopro/camera/stream/start) not working

Describe the bug
I have reports from my users that the stream never starts on their GoPro 13. It works fine with my app on GoPro 12 and GoPro 11. I'm using the http://10.5.5.9:8080/gopro/camera/stream/start to initiate the stream. Are there new requirements? I have error reporting sent to Bugsnag but I don't see any errors. It just seems to never start and GoPro doesn't send error response.
Or is the stream in a different format (not MPG2). Is there a list of changes?
Unfortunately I don't have access to GoPro 13 devices..

Expected behavior
Calling http://10.5.5.9:8080/gopro/camera/stream/start should start streaming.

Closing the issue. The endpoint works fine, however it's not h264 stream like it used to be in previous GoPro versions but h265. My app doesn't support h265.
