Suggestions: Use the Building_Description from Views/dbo.Buildings rather than BLDG_CDE, since this is where we are getting the values from currently. Alternatively, you could use the Building_Description as we have it now to looking up the corresponding BLDG_CDE in the housing service before saving to apartment choice.
Either change name to the building description instead of BLDG_CDE, or map each of building description values from the frontend to their corresponding BLDG_CDE before storing in AA_ApartmentChoices
