Staff Information is Not Private When Set as Such

"Dimas.Swehla is trying to request to have his information private in Gordon.360, which works perfectly for the first hour or so, but when he comes back and refreshes the page everything comes back to public view. He had some friends checking so is not just his own view and it in does switch from private to public. He just switched it up to private so it will show as requested."

When debugging, note that he is also a student. It's possible that this combination contributes to the bug.
