Websocket filters of the form *$websocket are still applied for whitelisted sites

Describe the issue

1. Open My filters pane in uBO's dashboard.
2. Add custom filter *$websocket,domain=news.ycombinator.com, click Apply changes.
3. Open a new tab, load https://news.ycombinator.com/ in address bar.
4. Open uBO's popup panel, disable uBO for https://news.ycombinator.com/ using the blue power button.
5. Open uBO's popup panel, open the logger.
6. Force a reload of the page.

Result: the logger reports:

Expected result: no blocking should occur when https://news.ycombinator.com/ is whitelisted.
