各个vdr组件通过z-index区分层级，被遮挡住的元素怎么拖拽 #96

目前我看句柄是相对于每个vdr组件定位的，所以被遮挡住之后即使激活也没办法拖拽，不能通过调整句柄层级解决，只能把他放到最前面才能拖动，有没有什么好的解决办法
