Option to hide Collections/Read Lists with only 1 item

I have a number of automatically added Collections/Read Lists after scanning in my library, a handful of them only have one item in them. I would appreciate the option to hide Collections/Read Lists that only have one item. This would help to reduce clutter in Collections/Read Lists after scanning/refreshing metadata and reduce/remove the need to delete Collections/Read Lists that only have one item in them afterwards. TYVM love the program and all of the work every contributor puts in <3
