In WPT parlance,
SKIP
is a test and subtest outcome that is strictly under the control of the runner (i.e., the test wasdisabled
or filtered out from the run via CLI args), and not an outcome reported directly by a test. We should probably trade CTS' usage of the termSKIP
for another term that's not confusable.Related: #3859
